Hello all! Noelle has deemed it an important task to find a few staff members and people to play some special characters. There are codes for each below them. THANKS!!! Here's the list:

SPECIAL CHARACTERS!

HEAD OF POLICE!
London's police force needs a leader! This person must be highly active on the site. Female or male. You will be in charge of the other police officers, and will be responsible for conducting the police investigations of the Black Parade. Your goal? Bring them down.

HEAD OF CRIME LAB!
The police force has a crime lab to help them out with their investigations. As head of the lab, you will answer to the police force, and be responsible for the forensics involved in their cases. You are part of their force, but restricted mainly to crime scenes.

BLACK PARADE COUNCIL MEMBER!
The Black Parade Council is composed of the darkest and most clever minds in the Black Parade. Tradition has deemed that council consists of six males, including the Head of the Black Parade. But things have changed, and the head is a woman... However, she would like to keep the council male, for 5/6 members.

BLACK PARADE MESSENGER!
Messengers of the Black Parade are few and far apart, but are extremely capable. They take shifts at the point of recruitment and help deliver messages to the Head and Council, and also to the other members. Traditionally, there are 12 messengers, each with a two-hour shift.

STAFF!

Staff need to be reliable and have a decent amount of experience. It doesn't matter what membergroup your characters are. We can fix all of that up. By the way, Noelle is looking for only one or two other people to help out. Most likely, they will be a moderator and a global mod. Possibly a graphics mod.
